"Seasonal Affective Disorder"
This is SUNSHINE in a Light Bulb!
We need sunshine for many reasons, especially in the winter
time
in the northern hemisphere. Most important, is to obtain enough
vitamin D
which among other things, helps with some kinds of depression.
I have 2 four foot tubes of full spectrum lights in my kitchen,
which are on from am to 12 midnight. They have a 10,000 hour
life span. They sure help.
