Knee
Squats
This exercise
is excellent for both arms and legs, with an added benefit to
strengthening bones as a load bearing exercise. Hold onto the
sink with your feet apart and stand well back. Slowly squat
down as far as you can. Then slowly pull with your arms, and
push with your legs until you are well over the sink. This will
stretch your leg muscles. It can be done several times a day
in front of the kitchen sink, or the bathroom wash basin. Do
as many as you can.
Your body
was made to twist, turn, bend, and move. The less you move,
the more apt you are to have elimination problems.
