High Octane Foods

Seeds can be called "life in hibernation". They are energy just waiting to be
released, either by consumption, or by sprouting.
It is difficult to find a food that is more valuable than a seed.

The more you process the seed or grain: The lower the Octane!

If you owned a brand new Cadillac, would you put "stove oil" in it?
Of course not, then why put "garbage" in your body?
In most cases, you were given a wonderful body, feed it properly.

We are familiar with wheat, corn, barley, oats, flax, rice, buckwheat, millet, rye, peas, and amaranth, to name a few! Next are nuts,beans, pumpkin, sunflower, and hemp seeds.

Caution!

Most if not all of these seeds and grains are protein.
Most if not all protein foods are acid forming.
Many health care professionals recommend a dietary limit of 25% protein
The balance of your diet should be mainly fruits and vegetables, because they are alkaline forming foods.

This balance, will regulate the pH of your body.
Which I will address in another section.

When your health has been compromised; you should eat the best food you can find, "the less processed the better"!
