We are familiar
with wheat, corn, barley, oats, flax, rice, buckwheat, millet,
rye, peas, and amaranth, to name a few! Next are nuts,beans,
pumpkin, sunflower, and hemp seeds.
Caution!
Most
if not all of these seeds and grains are protein.
Most if not all protein foods are acid forming.
Many health care professionals recommend a dietary limit of

The balance of your diet should be mainly fruits and vegetables,
because they are alkaline forming foods.
This balance, will regulate the pH of
your body.
