SMOOTHY

BASIC
UNIT
1 cup of RICE POLISHINGS
1 cup of WHEAT GERM
1 cup of SESAME SEEDS
1/2 cup of DEBITTERED BREWARS YEAST
1 tbsp. of BONE MEAL (optional)
Mix 3 or 4 units at a time. Place in a container, stir, and
put in refrigerator.

DIRECTIONS
FOR SMOOTHY
1.
Take one heaping tbsp. of the above and put in your blender.
2.
Then, add the following:
1
tbsp. of MIXED GROUND ALMONDS,
CASHEWS, PECANS, and SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1 heaping tbsp. of WHEY POWDER
1 heaping tbsp. of SOYA PROTEIN POWDER
1 heaping tbsp. of LECITHIN GRANULES
1 RIPE BANANA
1 cup of ANOTHER FRUIT (I never use cooked, canned or unripened
fruit)
2 cups of UNSWEETENED PURE APPLE JUICE
3.
Blend, until smooth. (Too much blending puts in too much air)
This will bring the mix up to around the 3 cup level in your
blender.
4.
Skim off the bubbles into a small cup.
5.
Pour the contents into an 8 oz. mug, and the remainder into
3 or 4 small yogurt cups.
NOTES:
Rinse
the blender with a little apple juice, and our it into the little
cup, (Which you can either freeze or place in the refrigerator
to drink later on or freeze the next morning).
I
like to freeze 3 or 4 of these SMOOTHY portions in small yogurt
cups just in case I might not have time some mornings.
*I
like to use a hospital-type straw with a bend in it - which
is easy to use and I
don't get a lot of air in my stomach.
